Where you can get clarity on your symptoms (and get back to life) by befriending your sensory system

Who is this Free Masterclass for?

This class is for people with EDS, POTS, and other related conditions, especially if you:

  • Feel like you have intense brain fog when you're flared up, and you're not sure why.

  • Are sensitive to noise, sounds, or touch, but don't understand exactly why

  • Want accessible tools to manage your symptoms

  • Want to do more than just survive while managing complex conditions

How we'll work together to build strategies to manage your EDS/POTS

→ We'll first talk about how the sensory system interacts with EDS/hypermobility & POTS/dysautonomia

→ We'll then break down + simplify EDS/POTS management with our favorite framework

  • Finally have an easier way to see through the chaos and know where to start!

→ We'll finally talk about the support you need when navigating through the journey of these complex conditions

We can't wait to meet you!

Hi 👋

we're re+active

We are an integrated neuro-rehab clinic based in Southern California. We are an Ehlers-Danlos Society Centers/Networks of Excellence.

We have a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, yoga therapists and personal trainers who are passionate about frequently misunderstood conditions like:

  • EDS/hypermobility spectrum disorder
  • POTS/dysautonomia
  • MCAS

Julie Hershberg, PT, DPT, NCS is a neurologic physical therapist and owner/founder of re+active. Passionate to the core, especially about neuroscience and rare conditions, she been sharing weekly videos and neuro nuggets with the world for years and loves the community of clinicians and clients who share her enthusiasm.

Naoya Ogura, OTD, OTR/L, is a neurologic and lifestyle occupational therapist and the program director for the EDS/POTS program. He fell in love with the coaching model of therapy that focuses on developing tools together with his clients, while offering expertise in sleep, autonomic regulation, and sensory strategies for managing complex, systemic conditions like EDS/POTS.
