Our team is made up of an interdisciplinary group of clinical experts and researchers in the field of neuroscience and neuro rehabilitation
Julie Hershberg, PT, DPT, NCS
Founder of re+active physical therapy and wellness. A neurologic physical therapist, professor and business owner. With experience doing research and a passion for neuroscience, this neuro nerd, mom, and runner with a big heart thinks outside the box to help her clients and team succeed.

Emily Ramon PT, DPT, NCS
A woman wearing many hats as Director of the Parkinson's Disease integrated therapy program at re+active, re+active Wellness Program Director, and physical therapist. Our main instructor in the PD education course, she has presented research, helped establish centers of excellence in PD, and is passionate about PD and teaching others about it!

Lincoln Beal, PT, DPT, Movement Disorder Fellow Graduate
Lincoln leads our balance class and is a skilled physical therapist working with people with PD of all ages (young onset to later adult)
As a valued member of the re+active integrated team, Lincoln leads our balance class and has expertise in the treatment and management of dystonia.

Naoya Ogura, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, re+active WLA clinic director and Director for re+active's EDS/POTS program, Naoya has a passion for lifestyle interventions in chronic disease. His expertise lies in sleep, diet, stress management and mindfulness for people with neurologic conditions. He also specializes in helping people with PD with tremor management.

Dr. Lauren Keats, PsyD
Director of Psychology at re+active, and Neuropsychologist. Lauren specializes in the assessment and treatment of individuals with acquired brain injury, neurological disease, chronic health conditions, PD and other psychological difficulties.
Lauren and her team lead brain health evaluations for people with PD to help identify areas of strength and areas of focus for cognitive functioning.

Lian Norris, MS, OTR/L
Lian is an occupational therapist and yoga instructor (and the instructor in our online restorative yoga class).
A creative and experienced OT, Lian brings lifestyle, sensory and autonomic activities to life for each person.

Ava Cicio, PT, DPT, Movement Disorder Fellow
Schmidt Movement Disorder Fellow at re+active and neuro nerd! She fosters joy in everyday treatment and loves collaboration with patients and families. Our main instructor in our Exercise for Dysautonomia Course, Ava can help you creatively exercise safely without over fatigue
